Getting Rejected:
This was my notebook where I kept a track of my applications back in 2017. I was graduating in 6 months, and yet I could not get any traction with my job applications.
Especially with Management Trainee Programs. I got rejected for all 10 applications I submitted.I took a gap semester to do an internship in 2018. I applied for over 15 internships, but got no offers. Finally, only got an internship through a referral - a friend who was ending his internship referred me to his role.However, that 6 months internship kickstarted my journey of accumulating knowledge to learn how to beat applications.The Result:
Year 2017 - First Year of Applications:
10 Applications and only got to 1 Phone Interview. Got rejected.
Year 2018 - Second Year of Applications:
10 Applications > 9 First Rounds > 5 Second Rounds > 4 Assessment Centers.

Yes, methods taught to handle different stages will be transferable to other interview processes.
Preparing your resume and for phone interviews are common steps in interview processes. Learning how to ace Assessment Centers can help you in your face to face interviews as well.

Unfortunately, no. Most Management Trainee Programs usually have a fixed salary that they set so it is usually non-negotiable.

However, I have gotten a lot of questions regarding this topic. I have written out a few articles containing the tips and tricks to use in a salary negotiation. Head to my main website - The Rebel Framework to find out more.

I still have not decided on the price of the course. I know students are cash-strapped but it also costs money to host large amount of video content online.

I am planning to split up the course into 2 parts - earlier vs later stages. If you cannot even get past the resume screening, then I do not want you to pay extra too for the later stages modules.

One thing is for certain, if you do not get through to past any resume screenings after using my resume tips, I will refund you (terms and conditions still apply).

This course will be a mixture of video recordings and live webinars.

Recorded videos will be hosted on an online platform that you will get access to. Webinars will be conducted for certain aspects of the module where it is more impactful to have live calls or for live Question & Answer session.

You will have lifetime access to the course videos (of course until either the video platform discontinues or I discontinue). Thus, time to complete the course is entirely up to you.
